I'll post a screen-shot in a moment, if you want? It appears under a "My Games" tab in Uplay. If I get it from Amazon, does the game always appear in U-play as part of my collection (a la Steam) after I've activated it in there or whatever, or is this game only launched out of there while downloaded on my system from amazon? I Still haven't decided what service I'm getting this game from. I don't really care how my game launches or from where just as long as I'm able to play it without jumping through an unreasonable amount of said: Uplay is alright, it's not impeding my ability to play any of the games and it's adding a nifty feature or two.

Gamers seem really unwilling to let that one go even though Ubisoft has steadily improved the quality of their PC ports over the years to the point now where if I was giving out awards, they've be the recipient of 'Most Improved'. It's a game that launched day-and-date with the console versions, it's clearly superior to the console versions that I don't even know I wanna call it a port, and it only has the one time login.Īnd this got me thinking. But Ubisoft is known as a company that delays it's PC games, uses draconic DRM and their ports are not always that great (although better than people give them credit for).īut with Far Cry 3, this seems to be completely different.   • Run the VulCan Tool and Click on the LOAD button so it will add default registry data into your computer and then go to the Submit entries tab and submit the Far Cry 3 installed location, the language,and path to the Ubisoft launcher which is the path of the Ubisoft Game Launcher in the Ubisoft folder then click on the Fix the registry errors.

    then go to the game page and click on the main emphasized button then when it asks the key to enter just click OKAY so it will take you to the Far Cry 3 game page of the Uplay client now launch the game.

  • Run the UPlay client again and if it doesn’t show the game in the game tab then click on the FarUpdater.exeand add the game into the game library of the UPlay client if it starts downloading the updates just close it.
  • Go into the UPlay fix folder and copy everything in there into the Ubisoft Game Launcher folder of the Ubisoftdirectory which is installed by the Uplay client.

    Run and install the Far Cry 3 1.02 patch (if you have already done it do it again).Copy every file in the Original files folder into the bin folder of the far cry 3 installed directory.Extract the downloaded Far Cry 3 Tunngle/UPlay Fixer then you can have three files (but only two folders are important).Run the UPlay client and make an account there and then close it.Far Cry 3 base game v1.0 or v1.01 or v1.02 or any version (but the current fix is ONLY for the 1.0/1.01/1.02 version and its retail).To overcome this issue one of P2P sites has developed a newer version of fixer that fixes aforesaid all issues so now people can use this newer fixer to make both Multiplayer and game achievements work. Reloaded fixer has a couple of issues the first and foremost one is, it doesn’t allow to play on the Multiplayer mode including the Coop mode and the second one is, it disables the achievements. currently there are 2 fixers for Far Cry 3 which are from Reloaded and P2P.
